Software has learned to read and to see. At Neantia, we are teaching it to listen. NCA — Neantia Cognitive Audio — is our flagship product: a system that understands live sound in real time, identifies what it hears, and classifies what matters so other systems can respond with intelligence.

How it works

NCA captures audio from a microphone array and processes it as it happens. A human voice, a door opening, an electronic signal — each sound is recognized, scored with a confidence level, and delivered as a clean, structured event. No recordings piling up: the value is in the understanding, not the storage.

What it makes possible

A store that knows when a customer walks in even when nobody is at the counter. A home that distinguishes a broken window from a dropped glass. Accessibility tools that describe the sound environment to people who cannot hear it. Security that reacts to what actually happens instead of recording everything that might.

Responsible by design

Listening is intimate. That is why NCA classifies instead of transcribing by default, processes locally whenever possible, and treats privacy as an engineering constraint — not a settings page. This is what human-close AI means to us: powerful, useful, and respectful of the people around it.
